1.BOOKING CONFIRMATION
When all the steps of the booking are completed a Voucher will be sent by e-mail to the client. The Voucher will contain all details of your journey, booking number and all contacts details. The voucher must be printed and presented to the driver or representative from Algarve Taxi Transfers as proof of booking.
2.ALTERATION/CANCELLATION
Any alteration of the booking must be informed by the client at least 48 hours before arrival/departure. Alterations must be sent by e-mail or by telephone. For cancellation the dead line is 48 hours before the service, otherwise, a cancellation fee of 30€ will be charged.
3.LUGGAGE
4 – Each customer is allowed to carry 2 items of luggage. For extra size luggage please inform us by e-mail, in order to provide a suitable vehicle. If oversize luggage is not informed by the client, Algarve Taxi Transfers has the right to refuse to the transportation of such.
4.BEHAVIOUR
It is not allowed to consume alcoholic drinks, eat or smoke inside Algarve Taxi Transfers vehicles. Customers under the influence of drugs or alcohol can be refused to carriage by the driver if he thinks that that behavior could be dangerous to him, to the vehicle or to the other passengers.
5.DIVERTED FLIGHTS
In case of any diverted flights, we kindly ask that the client contacts us in order to make sure that the driver will be waiting for them on arrival. Please note that fees will be applicable depending on where the flight was diverted to.
6.FLIGHTS INFORMATION
It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that all data regarding flights information are correct on the booking form.
7.COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaint related to the provided service, please report to us by e-mail or telephone in order for us to investigate and resolve the case. Customers must complain within 7 days of their return.
8.HANDICAP PASSENGERS
It is very important to inform at the time of booking, if in your party any of the passengers are wheelchair users.
9.CHILDREN POLICY
Laws regarding this subject may alter from country to country. Note that babies and Childrens count always as passengers and occupy a seat. Child and baby seats must be requested at the time of the booking, anyway we recommend the clients to bring their own. Child and baby seats are free of charge once requested in advance.
10.INBOUND PASSENGER
Inbound passenger must present the Voucher to the driver or representative in order to avoid misunderstandings. The Driver will wait no longer than 15 minutes after the time of pick up. If the clients miss their inbound transfer for any reason,Algarve Taxi Transfer has the right to refuse payment of any refund.
11.LIABILITY
Algarve Taxi Transfers will not incur any liability in circumstances beyond its control like these examples listed below: *Accidents causing delays *Severe / extreme weather conditions * Vandalism and terrorism *Delays due to police requests *Natural disasters
12.LEAD PASSENGER
The Lead passenger is entitled to accept the terms and conditions on behalf of each member of the party.
13.CONDITIONS
Portuguese laws will govern these conditions in all respects
