1.Do I need the Voucher?
Yes, the Voucher is very important, it must be printed, not only because we have all the support contacts mentioned on the voucher but also for you to verify with the driver regarding your arrival and departure details. The Driver will check with you your departure time, in order to avoid any problem on your departure.
2.Can I cancel or modify my booking? How can I do It?
Yes, the booking can be cancelled or changed within 48 hours prior to your arrival / departure. You can cancel the booking by sending us an e-mail or contact us directly via our telephone numbers.
3.How can I collect my taxi transfer on arrival?
In your voucher you will find all the instructions on how to find your taxi transfer. Your driver will be waiting for you at arrivals area, with a sign where your name will be written on it. If you cannot find your driver, then all you have to do is follow the instructions mentioned on the booking confirmation. Please do not hesitate to contact us, our staff will be ready to assist you in any circumstances.
4.How can I pay my transfer?
Payment must be paid directly to the driver prior to vehicles departure.
5.What about infants / children?
Laws are different in each country regarding seats for infants and Children. In Portugal an infant or a child always occupies a seat, therefore we have to count them as an adult. We recommend our clients to inform us previously if any infant (0-02years) or child (03-11years) is traveling for us to be able to provide suitable baby seats or child booster seats.
6.If my outbound flight is delayed?
If your outbound flight is delayed, the driver will be informed and will pick you up at the airport at the correct time.
7.And cancelled?
In this case you have to inform us about the cancellation of the flight by telephone or by E-mail and re-confirm the new outbound flight. Extra costs are not going to be applied if the destination airport remains the same.
8.I´m carring oversize luggage?
If you are traveling with oversize luggage, we recommend that you to contact us, in order for us to provide a suitable vehicle
9.How much luggage can I take?
Each client is allowed to carry 2 items of luggage including a set of golf clubs.
10.Do I need to tip the driver?
The price does not include a tip. If you feel that the driver was friendly and offers you a good service a tip will be always welcome.
11.What happens if I decide to cancel the booking?
Booking can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your arrival / departure with no extra charges.
12.What about insurance?
We are a fully licensed company. Therefore our vehicles are fully insured.
13.Last minute bookings?
Last minute booking are possible through our website at least 24 hours before, but you can always call us directly via telephone to book.
